Replacements

The hole for the screw dosen't work. You've sent the following part 2-Vertical post and 2 Rack. The problem is DD Lower Cross Bar size of holes.

One table leg too short. Hangs in air. Table rocks and tilts when touched.

I put together the cradle for the tables and when i pulled out the last table, one of the bottom rungs was cracked. photo attached.

Contents well packaged. Top of snack table not complete and unfinished. Missing portion along one side

One of the snack tables is missing some of its hardware. We either need the hardware or to replace the full snack table. Images attached to show what is missing.

hello - I purchased the Dylan 5 pc Snack Table set in Teak - it's really well-made and beautiful, But one of the tables has quite a few damaged areas. It almost seems like it was repaired - but the areas that are damaged have a rough texture. It's very noticeable. Would you be able to exchange the one table only? I reached out to Home Depot and they told me to contact you directly. I appreciate your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

The handle (C1) had a crack in it when received today - Snack Table Teak

Received this today from Amazon but we are missing three parts for the stand.

Holes misdrilled - do not align with indented section which mates up A1 and E1. Amazon Order # 114-9312515-9626608. Need replacement A1 in teak with holes properly aligned within indented section so that E1 can mate up with A1.

The Notches into the wood are NOT cut out properly and will not meet up with the other pieces

Need entire table as picture shows the leg hinge bolt rivet is missing. Kohl's online order picture submitted. Can submit picture of order number and date of purchase if needed.

Just received the Snack Tables ordered on 12/11/24 on Amazon. The vertical Posts A-1 are missing. Everything else is present. Please send replacement by Xmas. We would like to use the product by Xmas. Thanks so much. BH

Holes stripped. Causing to rock back and forth.

Snack tables were purchased by my sister as a Christmas gift for me. Leg of one snack table snapped off immediately after opening table for use.

Arrived today, one table top is damaged and peeling up. Rest of the trays seem fine.

One tray table top is extremely rough the other 3 are fine. Its like it wasn't coated with a finish completely

Leg is warped. Catches on rivots and will not close properly.

The tables were delivered October 2, 2024 and one of the tables has a cracked top. The crack runs with the grain of the wood and appears to be a material defect in the wood. Please send a replacement. Photos are available but I could not attach them to this message. We love the style and sturdiness of the tables, although they could use another coat of protective finish (polyurethane). Thank you for your assistance.
