Split when I tried to screw in

The nubs to insert into the legs weren’t sanded down properly. They are not at an angle and are too thick to insert into legs.

When I removed the wrapping, a big chuck of the wood was broken off.

When assembling the Bar stool, found the above-described item slightly cracked. So instead of returning the entire item, only requesting a replacement of the Upper Cross Bar. Thank You

I would like to replace the seat of this stool. The veneer is extremely sensitive and became scratched just from contact with laminate flooring during assembly. I followed the assembly instructions which showed the stool top needed to be placed upside down. The instructions did not mention laying anything on the floor to protect the stool top. When I had finished assembly, I turned it over and noticed little scuffs that would not come out.

I purchased this stool and when we finally put it together it was missing one of the cross bars for the bottom.

Easier to put together than expected, but extra short screws and not enough long ones. Pegs fall out. Concerned may need to tighten so they need to fit without glue.

Damaged screw hole

Upper cross bar screw hole wasn't pre-drilled. When I put the screw into this hole and tightened it the wood cracked.
