Replacements

The part was missing the wheel/latch.

Please replace one front panel as in my attempt to understand the instructions for page 9, I damaged it. I still don't understand page 9 step 2 and am unable to assemble the other drawers. Please provide a better description. In particular, how do the HH go? Is it top goes screw on top towards the front and bottom goes on side piece? Because that is what it looks like and that is what I did but it broke through the front panel. I attempted it the other direction and it doesn't fit snug. Please help me to understand. This piece is made out of chip board and easily damaged. Thank you in advance!!

Either screw size is too small or predrilled holes are too large. Screws drop into holes without screwing them to put drawer slides on

Rec'd 1 damaged wheel. The wheel rolls but the plastic pieces surrounding the wheel don't stay attached to the wheel at all. It seems like the plastic center opening is too large to fit the post(?) in the wheel. It makes the wheel unstable.

Hi there, I’ve barely rolled this cabinet in and out but the front wheels have both broken. Would I be able to get a replacement for them, please? Thank you so much! I do not have the control number as I’ve already discarded the instructions after building it a couple weeks ago.

The holes on the back panel were misaligned, which caused the drawer to become unstable and affected the overall firmness of the structure. I would prefer to receive replacement parts for the drawer rather than returning the entire item. I contacted Amazon Support to contact you regarding this matter last week and it seems like it was ignored.

all five sets of drawer rails have dents in them.

I don't have proof of purchase because it was a gift.

one chair is okay but another one is not possible to assemble as it don't have screw option

I just need the drawer guides and possibly the drawer railings as well. They came in bent in the box and once I built it the drawers weren’t aligning when they were closed. Please contact if any questions thank you.
