Replacements

I just got around to assembling this and there is no hardware. It is past the 2 month window. Can I buy the hardware? If not, what size/length are the wood screws and Phillips screws? The wheels were in the box.

Serving tray arrived with broken edges. Tray holder has an incorrectly drilled hole. The screw will not go in. Missing one screw (no picture)

Upon opening the side piece was broken off on the stand

I purchased this for my mother when she moved to assisted living. Yesterday maintenance finally came to assemble it. The tray top (B1) is loose and one part is mounted incorrectl and side fell off The wheels (I1) that was sent is not the correct wheel and does not fit.

The holes on these parts are not large enough to accommodate the wood screw (L1) head. See the example in the photo below.

I ordered these replacements on 6/2. The box arrived and I tried to put it together on 6/23 but the wrong part was sent.

One set of the parts will not stay together.

Table very stiff and would not open. Wood so dry it snapped. Please replace table,

The holes on one of the base parts are drilled on wrong side. There is no way to get the grooves on outside as they should be to place snack table on stand.

The wood on the handle came cracked.
