When we opened the box containing the snack trays and storage rack, the top panel was damaged on both of the sides where there are drop leaves. On one side, one of the supports had been torn loose. On the other end the drop leave had been cracked into two pieces

We were Short 2 Hex Screws and 2 Wood Plugs. We Can Finish the Putting it together when we get these items. Thank you for your Prompt Response

There was no visible damage to the box, and it wasn't dropped or handled roughly when brought into the house. However, when I got to the last piece to remove from the box, the top panel, it was visible cracked all the way through and even a little warped. Pictures are included of the crack from both sides.

The left post is made wrong. The holes at the castor end are too close to the end. The other end is too far to attach to the top. Someone was asleep on the production line.

The top panel has cracks on/near hinges on one side. I would still like to have this, as long as the Top Panel piece can be replaced. I could return cracked Top Panel it if you like. Pictures of cracks attached.

One of the front post that came with our product was not bored correctly for the screws. All other posts has wider holes that allowed the screws to fully sit. Screws cannot grip female receiver holes because they cannot reach.

Original was missing.

I believe I am missing some screws or some sort of assembly package and instructions because I can not figure out how to put the main tray holder that holds the four tv trays together. There are no instructions in the box either.

Hi. I ordered this from Amazon. The order number is 111-7972845-2732238. It looks like it will be very pretty but the top has a crack from one end to the other. I've attached a picture. Any chance I can return just the top part for a replacement?
