Replacements

I recently purchased a set of 4 snack table trays. 2 of the 4 table tops have rough spots that weren't fully sanded. I have attached to this email pictures of the defective table tops. Could you please send me replacements? My contact information is as follows. Thank you.

The hole for the screw dosen't work. You've sent the following part 2-Vertical post and 2 Rack. The problem is DD Lower Cross Bar size of holes.

One table leg too short. Hangs in air. Table rocks and tilts when touched.

I put together the cradle for the tables and when i pulled out the last table, one of the bottom rungs was cracked. photo attached.

Contents well packaged. Top of snack table not complete and unfinished. Missing portion along one side

1 snack table top that was damaged when box was first opened. Was purchased 10/26/2025 and was delivered 10/31/2025.

Bought open box return to store got it home to realize that the assembly bag with all the hardware needed to assemble was not in the box, the store said i needed to request them from you

it is a nice heavy set just missing wood plugs

Hole for one wood screw too deep. Screw would not bite into wood. All other screws worked.

Recvd set - graduation gift to our son. One snack table damaged where leg was nailed to base. Other 3 tables are fine. Please send replacement for one snack table. Thank you!

Hardware not in box

One of the snack tables is missing some of its hardware. We either need the hardware or to replace the full snack table. Images attached to show what is missing.
