This is the second time I receive an item with missing parts

There is one hole that is clogged and the screw won't install

The right leg to one of the chairs is defective

I mistakenly ordered the wrong leg. I need the left front leg.

Im missing 2 legs, c1 & d1. thats all.

Right front leg has split near bottom.

For one of the chairs, there were 2 Left legs included in the build.

Both legs for the second chair are missing from the package. Thanks!

I bought 2 more chairs. Unfortunately I found issues on these chairs as well. Can you send me the replacement parts below. I have attached my new receipt. Tks for your help with the first 2 chairs, I will not be returning those to the store.

Hello, We ordered 6 of this product (total of 12 chairs) but one of the boxes of two chairs is missing only the front legs! Everything else is good to go, but the front legs are all we need for two chairs.

assembling I found there were several parts that needed replacement. The first is the actual chair seat portion which is known as B1 in the instruction manual. The chair seat has a portion of wood that is damaged already and so it is not a flush surface for the washer k1 to rest on when L1 screw is inserted. The second is that my wife noticed there was a mismatch in the color of the chair back and the front leg which is known as C1 in the instruction manual. C1 ends up being much lighter wood as you can see from this picture. Third there are some e1 and F1 dowels that have minor damage. One of the e1 pieces does not fit well as its end is too small.

1) I recently purchased the following from Wayfair: 1. SKU: W005162451 Apolinaras Side Chair (Set of 2) 2) However, I am trying to assemble the chairs, and 2 screws are missing: 3) H1 Bolt Medium: Supposed to be 8 of them, but I have only 6. 4) Can you please send 2 more of this bolt so I can assemble the chairs? The instructions use 4 of H1 bolts for each chair which = 8 bolts. 5) However, there is a other problem with this bolt as it is too short to reach the chair leg once it goes through the brace. I took pics of everything so you can see the problems. Even sending me the 2, missing, H1 bolts will not work as they are too short to reach the chair leg. The instructions (see the pic of instructions) say to use 4 H1 bolts per chair (2 for each front leg). Are the instructions incorrectly printed with showing short, H1 bolts for corners of front legs? Which longer bolts will properly fit the 8 holes seen in pics 2 and 3 shown on the assembly instruction sheet please? 6) This problem is disconcerting as I am looking forward to having the table and 2 chairs all assembled and ready to use. 7) Can you please help me with these missing parts AND what look like incorrect, assembly instructions showing wrong-length bolts which do not reach all the way? 8) You can email and/or call me.
