Replacements

One of the cross bars only had 2 holes drilled in instead of 4

3 of four tables will not fit down onto racks.

The trays are too big to fit on the stand. Part E's slots are too tight. Part F has a stripped screw hole.

The dowels on left side broke during assembly

These items were damaged and will not connect

WDS Invoice 004908994. One time replacement of TV tray approved by Kasey. Shipped 1/22/2024 from Winsome.

Basically the whole stand cannot be assembled because this is broken or damaged

The small wood pin broke off in the supports for the top panel.

Would you please send the replacements versus doing a return?

Part G - wood has several dents on top portion of bar. Part B - Lower left panel has red mark and indents on wood around the mark. Part C - Right panel near the top has wood splinter around the hole where the upper crossbar attaches. Part J - need to replace after pulling existing plugs for defective parts replacement.

Item number is 83520 R2. Control number is CHA-R2-048017. I can't upload images of all parts because file sizes are too big. Plus, thanks to a defective pin, half of it is broken off in the left panel, and the wood screw on that side is stripped and can't be removed now. Plus there is a gouge in the top panel. I'm happy to just take these parts and pray they fit. I can't disassemble the unit to return it via Amazon. I will withhold my product review until these replacement parts arrive. Thank you.

In the attached image of the Upper Cross Bar, note that near the center of the bar there are two marks, about an inch apart. The wood has been marred by some manufacturing process. I have included a close-up of the damaged area.

Particularly part H is missing and I think a couple of the others are missing part of the set.

Attached is confirmation that we sought a replacement from the same retailer in order to correct the issue at the store level. The Winsome 5 PC snack table set (natural wood color) came in with 2 Left Panels (aka 2 B parts and no right panel - C part). Requested a replacement from Target and the second set also came with the same issue - 2 Left Panels and NO right panel.

This item was delivered today, 12 Dec, and 1 piece was damaged and one TV Tray has warped legs and we can't open it unless we are forceful.is warped and

Orig request 114944. Received upper cross bar. Same issue of flip top not sitting flat. Sits at upper slight angle. Holes mis drilled slightly higher.

We received two Part C right panels but no part B left panels.

Cross bar upper causes top panel to rest unlevel.
