Replacements

I purchased 2 chairs. One damaged . I don't want to send the whole piece back, but I do need a replacement chair please . I am very pleased with the product , just surprised they sent it out with that kind of damage.

Seat was damaged with a screw coming through the bottom upon opening.

Legs are different lengths which causes offset

Backrest does not have the holes drill fir the wood rods to be installed

The socket in which the bolt is fastened to hold thelegtothechair unscrews instead of tightens when tightening the bolt into it.

Control # HYF-R3-048193-DI-HYF On both chairs of the set C1 & D1 split/cracked when I was trying to attach the legs

Hi Again, Please disregard my previous request as there was an error I made in the request itself... I recently purchased and began assembling the chairs i purchased. I followed the provided instructions carefully, matching the bolts and parts as labeled. However, the bolts specified for use in Step 1 (G1 bolts) caused the wood to split and crack during assembly.It appears the bolts were mislabeled or incorrectly matched to the parts in the instructions. The parts in the assembly instructions are different from those in the pictures

very bad scratch on the top of one of the seats. other than that no other issues. would like to keep the set and not deal with return to amazon.

The order # from Amazon is 114-1050089-1871433 we received the 4 chairs with 2 of the same leg. We need D1, we never received the table so I don't have a number for that.

Hardware not included in package

The hole are off by 1/2 inch

I ordered and received 2 chairs but only received bolts listed above for 1 chair

One of the F1 pieces broke and the other piece is not straight-has a curve to it. The other pieces were straight.
