Replacements

Leg of part arrived chipped/scraped from packaging.

There is a crack where the bolts go on the front right leg and a crack on one of the back legs of the chair back. CONSUMER CANCELLED.

The seat on one of the barstools is split on a seam. The rest of the stool is in good condition.

One part was missing and one part had a broken dowel thing. Attached picture of broken dowel thing on the left upper crossbar

Purchased two stools, had enough material in the box to put one stool together, but the above items were missing, preventing us from putting the second stool together. Thank you.

Cannot build because leg is cracked

One of the 4 chairs has a problem with the bolts. The problem is with Part A, Backrest. In step 2 of the instructions, bolts L are to go thru the seat corners into the Backrest. Two of the four holes do not line up with the holes and can not be screwed into the backrest. I measured down from the crossmember where the edge of the seat rests, and one side measures different than the other side.

The stool seats came in a set of two. One of the seats was not predrilled and we do not have the appropriate drill or tools to do ourselves. The other was pre drilled correctly. Because the seat is not predrilled it cannot be attached to base and cannot be used.
