Replacements

One block on the preassembled front draw panel fell off due to stripped screw holes.

I ordered one of these tables and liked it so much that I bought another one. This one, its drawer front keeps coming apart, the screws come right out of the wood. I am requesting a replacement drawer instead of returning the whole table. Please let me know if this is possible.

Parts were supposed to be contained in a small box marked '94918' but it was missing.

org req 117083 received front panel drawer for a halifax item

Most the N screws for side panel are pretty much stripped out the hex wrench provided does not tighten the screws like it is stripped out a few of them worked but most did not . And and the m screws a few seeemed like they was striped . I think the one I got was used before but not sure so just need new hardware to put together correctly

I stripped the screw while trying to assemble it.

On one side, a few of the screws didn't go in all the way and got stripped during the process of trying to get them in. The table was left wobbly. I was able to get unscrew them and need screw replacements to be able to complete assembling

The top has damage to it. I can provide photos. I need a new top. I must have trashed the instructions as I can't find them

The control number is R3-046075-10-115 It would not let me put a letter in

The top panel of the side table arrived with a chunk of wood missing from the side and a scratch.

one of the two was missing the tool package - including the Knob, the 8 wood plugs, the wood dowel, the 9 screws, the 8 screws long , the 4 screws short and the hex wrench.
