Replacements

Opened the box and was going to assemble the quilt rack and the bottom of the leg was broken

This is impossible to put together. Screws stripped in the four holes. I need new parts that will work.

The wooden parts are fine, but the screws and wood plugs go right through the holes in the wood. They are clearly too small. I did not receive a hex wrench, and I did receive a knob, and there's no knob on the rack. The supplies came in a box marked 92634, and the quilt rack is 94326.

One bar is warped and will not stay in place. There are two bars that are pinched in place and not screwed and this bar will not stay in place

Two large mars involving finish on each side panel. One large crack on side panel on both sides. I will assemble this so recipient can receive her gift but wood plugs might be destroyed when reinstalling replacement panels. This item is too expensive to arrive in this condition. Packaging was not visibly damaged.
