I received the 4 trays but no stand.

Base not drilled through and holes opposite

I don't know how you determine proof of purchase but I took a screen shot of the order number does that help?

The hole of DD was drilled either to wide, or the depth of the hole on BB was too shallow. The screw would not hold no matter how tight.

Screw unusable

Two of the TV trays arrived damaged, so I'm hoping that those can be replaced. The other two TV trays and the stand arrived in good condition.

Broken handle

The Snack Table is not level, it wobbles. The wood on the Vertical Post split at the end where the post and base connect. If the how stand needs to be replaced because of this, please send.

This one table came damaged. The pic shows the damage on the underside at the leg. Please send email confirmation of shipping or what else is needed to get 1 new table sent to me since the rest of the items in the set are ok. Thank You.

Package was received on 17 August, 2025 with no apparent damage. The four tables were intact, but the only parts included for the storage rack were the BB vertical posts and the CC base parts. There was no EE handle, no DD lower cross bar, and no FF racks.

Received handle in a broken condition.
