Replacements

I just opened carefully until I saw the bottom panel when I removed the paper and I saw it how bad it does look and I am very disappointed and I was looking forward to use it because I don't have table to eat or to study.

Drop leaf top is split at the hinge on both sides of the board.

The table top received in the package is cracked UPC: 021713233301 - CUSTOMER HAS NO CONTROL

One of the doors on the drop leaf top was damaged on the hinges when I opened the box. It is starting to split on where the screws put in.

Orig req 115070 - Rec'd repl seat. The aprons are slightly narrow. See attached images.

I recently got a replacement for the drop leaf top that was cracked through. Received replacement, packed very well, and no damage. Thank you! I didn't notice the stool seat until I was installing the drop leaf top you sent. There is a crack on the bottom of the seat, but it doesn't look like it will be a structural issue from what I can tell. The one I was concerned about was on the side of the stool. I may have cracked it when putting in the screw if I did it too tight? Just wondering if I could get a replacement for that stool seat, and I can pay for it, as I may have caused the damage to the side. Please advise. Thank you!

May I request a replacement towel bar and HEX Screws ? One side of the wooden piece has a hole that is not drilled deep enough, causing the screw to get stuck and unable to fully tighten, even when using a machine. As a result, the screw has become stripped. Forcing the screw out has damaged the drilled hole in the wood. Thanks.

There is a full thickness crack through the drop-leaf table top I received.

Wood on Stool Seat (J) split during assembly. Stool side panels (K) arrived damaged. Need wood plugs (O) for reassembly.
