Right leg and cross bars ' pre drilled holes do not line up correctly with seat and backrest. Scres do not go all the way in causing gaps , cross bars to detach, and a wobbly unsafe chair. Please contact me if screenshots are insufficient. Thank you.

After following the included assembly instructions and tightening the chair fasteners as directed, one chair leg developed a full split overnight along the grain near the seat joint. In addition, the tabletop arrived with a noticeable chip and surface damage along the edge. Both issues appear to be manufacturing or material defects rather than assembly error. Requesting a replacement chair and tabletop for item #94388 under warranty. Photos and proof of purchase attached.

Hello, I purchased the Winsome Inglewood Dining Tables & Chairs, 3-piece set. One of the legs of a chair (Item 94208) had a crack in one of the legs near one of the cross bars. Upon looking at the pieces, it is evident that the crack was present during the manufacturing process, as you can see in the picture provide, the walnut stain is present deep in the wood along the crack. I would just like to have that part of the chair replaced, or a total chair replacement. Attached are my proof of purchase and a picture of the damaged chair. Thank you for your assistance.
