Replacements

Instructions label the Large dowel as CC. Parts bag labels Large dowel as DD. Instructions label the Small dowel as DD. Parts bag labels Small dowel as CC. I'm not sure if the instructions are wrong or the parts bag was mis-labeled but as a result I used the small dowel where the large dowel goes (because I was following instructions and using CC as labeled on the bag) and now I don't have enough to complete the drawers. I attempted to purchase small dowels at Lowe's Home Improvement where I purchased the Halifax but unfortunately, even though they were the right length the smallest dowels they had are still too large a diameter to fit in the hole. Now I have to either wait for parts from you or disassemble the entire thing to get the small dowels out and reassemble it correctly using the mislabeled larger dowels that should've been used in the first place but weren't because something you did during manufacturing (either in printing instructions or labeling the bag) is wrong. I purchased 3 of these Halifax cabinets and every single one of them has this problem. This is incredibly frustrating. I attempted to include a photo of both the instructions and the parts bag but your system would only allow 1 photo, which is of an unopened bag of parts from one of the other two Halifax cabinets still awaiting assembly. I am including a request for BOTH parts since your instructions and parts labels are contradictory and I can't possibly know which one I'm supposed to request. When I post a review of this product on the Lowe's website I will make sure to include photos of the instructions and the parts bag so other shoppers can be aware of this problem and avoid the aggravation I'm experiencing.

They are not missing they are wrong! If you don’t send me the correct parts within 2 days so that I have time to put it together, I will request a full refund from Amazon.
