Replacements

Missing 1 count of K1, and a few N1 don't fit well.

Forgot to include the proof of order from Amazon; requesting replacements for damaged parts.

Was given to us. Seems to be missing a pieces and the hardware. Thank you for your help with this matter.

Amazon Order # 114-2690177-4238629. I do not have the package box anymore / item and control numbers. Lower, smaller stool has damage. The screws come off. At least the smaller step stool needs to be replaced.

Missing instructions, bolts, screws or anything needed to put together. Delivered with only wood pieces. Box looks like it was a re-taped return that was resent out without checking the contents. No control # as the instructions were not present

Part A1 had the dowel holes for the H1 cross pieces mis-drilled, approximately two inched too high. Screw holes don't connect to either H1 pieces.

We just tried to call the telephone number provided on the Amazon site and it sounded like it was associated with a fax number. The number indicated was 425-483-4141.

I like this product. If I will receive E1- right panel I will keep the product.
