I do have photos. I thought it would be fine with just one screw broken in the beginning. Tell the other side, the screws broke also and the whole board came down. I know it's past time to return, but this is something that happened in the beginning and then it just got worse.. could be prevented if they had proper hardware for this item. It's a nice desk. I will get my own screws, that was the whole problem those screws don't last they're wimpy, I think that's why it fell apart. Thank u for your help!! S.

MISSING HARDWARE AND INSTRUCTIONS

Door only please. It was cracked.

Right Panel did not have counterbore hole drilled for one of the middle panel screws. Bottom panel did not have pilot holes drilled for left panel fasteners.

Wood had a crack and when i assembled it the thing split completely. I taped it for now. Can't use this though until replacement is received

Drawer pull is broken

CANCELLED request - The wooden pegs on the left and right hand ends of the panel are not located the same distance from the front of the panel and will not fit into the right hand and left hand side Panels correctly. Either the middle panel is wrong, or one of the side panels is wrong. I need replacement or replacements. I personally think it is the right hand side panel that is wrong.

The Secretary Desk arrived 8/31/25 and was assembled. Shortly thereafter, the pull-down door hardware split the wood where it hinges. Photos attached. Please replace the pull-down door. I threw the assembly instructions away and do not have the control number.

I received this desk today , and open it carefully. no assembly hardware set was shipped with desk. The wood was in great condition, but I have no hardware to assemble this desk. PLEASE, ship this hardware so I can assemble this desk, I find this insulting

The flip-down door is way too short, leaving a massive gap.

Purchased from Amazon Only arrived with one loop handle in package materials. Control No. R2-04780-SKC

I have only the back of the drawer, I need the front.. The corner of the back panel has a broken corner.

We like the desk just want the pull down door to work properly. Please let me know what other information you may need. Thank you

Holes drill into the panels are off so the front panel cannot be attached.

The hex screw was missing from the package. The pull-down door damage may have been done by the installer.
