I've attached online instructions that I could find, but I'm unsure if these are for this exact brand. Also, I could not find the exact Item No. or Control No. since the assembly instructions were not included, but it appears the Model No. listed on Kohl's is 94577 and the SKU is listed as 33303204. I have contacted Kohl's directly and they were unable to send any replacement parts because this item is currently Out of Stock for them.
