Replacements

Please replace the broken toped table in walnut and the missing vertical posts for the stand.

If needed, I will pay for this part. I really, really like this set and just want the handle replaced any way possible.

The assembly instructions and assembly materials (allen wrench, screws, and dowels) were not included in the delivery. The TV trays and the assembly parts themselves were included, just not the materials or instructions to actually put the assembly together. I've attached online instructions that I could find, but I'm unsure if these are for this exact brand. Also, I could not find the exact Item No. or Control No. since the assembly instructions were not included, but it appears the Model No. listed on Kohl's is 94577 and the SKU is listed as 33303204. I have contacted Kohl's directly and they were unable to send any replacement parts because this item is currently Out of Stock for them.

I could refinish the top if you could provide the matching stain.

Top of table has dented scratch and bottom of legs of table is scratched. See pictures.

The tray stand cannot be put together the wood is stripped and the screws just fall out when trying to connect G to E

Unfortunately, one of the snack tables arrived damaged. The rest are fine.

One of the snack tables is defective on the top itself. I am requesting the replacement of one snack table. Thank you.

Can you send one table top replacement? Only one table has a split the rest are ok

Item was purchased as Christmas gift from mother-in-law. It was finally received this past weekend as we'd been unable to meet due to illness. Upon opening today, discovered Part B of table stand was broken at what appears to be a small knot in wood. With respect to your policy of replacing items within 60 days of purchase and us being just outside that, please understand this has been the first opportunity we've had to open this. These beautiful tables were a gift to me from my sister. They are in perfect shape but the 4 plugs for the stand were missing when I assembled this. She is sick in the hospital and I don't want to bother her for proof of purchase. I would be willing to order and buy the plugs directly. Can you help me with this?

The stand does not go together straight and the tables do not hang on the rack correctly. One of the tables is cracked. Hole in base is in incorrect place so screw will not go in.

The only stand parts I received were the two vertical posts (B) and the bag of screws. The remaining stand parts are missing.
