Replacements

Requesting a new left panel with the pre-drilled holes attached. See images comparing the two sides. I assembled the item without the stretchers for now, thus the photos showing it assembled and in use. I included photos of the right panel, which has the holes inthe correct places, for comparison. I contacted Lowes customer service and they told me to reach out to you directly. Here is what the support agent said via chat: 'Since your order was requested directly from the vendor and there is a missing part, I need to kindly recommend you call the manufacturer! Shelf was too short and unusable. I appreciate you sending a new one. The bookshelf is very nice otherwise.

Side Panel A came with a large crack in one the crossbeams.

All wood screws, wood plugs, and the hex wrench were missing from the box. Bookcase was purchased through Amazon. Package was not damaged in any way so it appears the missing parts were left out of the box when packed.

There are finger prints in the varnish. They are on the top from so there is no way of hiding them. Very noticeable.
