The black piece to hold the roller in on the bottom is missing

Did not have any hardware except 5 wheels

I received the 4 trays but no stand.

. The box for the hardware is there but there is nothing in the box and nothing in the packing. I need this table so if you could please rush the replacement hardware I would appreciate it it

The vertical post was broken.

I just got around to assembling this and there is no hardware. It is past the 2 month window. Can I buy the hardware? If not, what size/length are the wood screws and Phillips screws? The wheels were in the box.

Screws (GG) are not big/wide enough to fit into parts BB to join part EE at the top nor to join part DD at the bottom. The grooves don't catch to screw into wood, because they are too small. (Other 8 screws go in o.k.) Wood Dowels (II) are not big /wide enough. Way too loose in the wood for part EE. (Other 2 dowels go in part DD o.k.) It's hard to believe that your company doesn't have quality controls in place and the entire package of hardware could be missing.

Serving tray arrived with broken edges. Tray holder has an incorrectly drilled hole. The screw will not go in. Missing one screw (no picture)

I began tightening the outer vertical screw into gusset and it immediately split the gusset without much pressure. The others went on just fine. Then, as I began screwing the upper post into the lower post I noticed it was pretty well dented.
